Dreieich/Cork, 25 June 2026 – CWS Workwear, a leading European sustainable Workwear as a Service provider, has officially opened a new state-of-the-art facility in Blarney Business Park in Cork, Ireland. With the new facility, including a depot and office building, CWS Workwear will be able to process up to 125,000 workwear garments per week in a two-shift approach.
CWS Workwear, founded in 1899, are leaders in the workwear industry providing Workwear as a Service (WaaS) with customised, stylish, long-lasting and protective workwear. The company’s operations span 15 countries with a dedicated team of 5,300 professionals, providing services to over 1.5 million people in Europe daily.
The new facility at Block 8007 in Blarney Business Park has been developed by JCD Group and consists of 32,000 sq. ft of Grade A space. The building is designed to be LEED Gold certified with a BER A3 energy rating.

Along with the laundry, we have also opened a new depot to further improve our service levels and reduce transport times. With Blarney Business Park, we have found the perfect location and set-up for the future of CWS Workwear in Ireland.”
Blarney Business Park has become a well-established location for a variety of business types from transport and logistics to high value manufacturing and show room uses, serving both Multinational and indigenous occupiers. JCD Group has, in recent years, completed over 500,000 sq. ft of new buildings in Blarney Business Park with occupiers including Merck, DHL, doTERRA, Nisbets, Park Place Technologies, FedEx and Paardekooper.
