As Sales Manager, you and your team are responsible for relationship management and new business development across a diverse client portfolio in Wallonia, ranging from SMEs to mid-sized organisations. You lead a team of Account Managers and serve as their coach, sounding board, and commercial sparring partner. You report directly to our Sales Director and work closely with the other Sales Managers.
You translate the organisation’s sales strategy into a tailored approach for your team in Wallonia
Together with your team, you are responsible for account management, deepening existing portfolios, and driving new business across SMEs and mid-sized organisations
You motivate your Account Managers to meet commercial targets and KPIs
You provide on-the-job coaching: joining client visits, evaluating sales conversations, and offering concrete points for improvement
You hold monthly 1-on-1s with your team members to track performance, build forecasts and action plans, and support their personal development
You ensure close collaboration and clear communication with the Customer Care and Service departments
You actively seek alignment with Customer Care Managers and Service Managers to guarantee strong, lasting client relationships
You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, with solid experience in solution selling and an initial track record in people management
You are energetic and driven, and you know how to pass that enthusiasm on to your team
You coach and motivate your people in their personal development and in achieving results
You have strong organisational and analytical skills and know how to distinguish what matters from what doesn’t
You perform well under pressure and keep a cool head in a results-driven environment
You communicate fluently in French and Dutch, with a good command of English
